MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP, MI-- Two people suffered minor injuries in a two vehicle accident in Marquette Township Sunday night.
The Marquette County Sheriff’s Office says the crash happened around 7:40 on US-41 at the eastern end of Northwoods Road.
Deputies say Linda Dishno, 42, of Ishpeming pulled out onto the highway and struck an eastbound vehicle driven by Erin Bauman, 32, of Negaunee.
Dishno and her passenger were taken to Marquette General Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Neither Bauman nor her passenger were injured.
The Michigan State Police, Marquette City Police, and Marquette Township Fire Department assisted at the scene.
