Multi-vehicle crash in Negaunee Township

NEGAUNEE TOWNSHIP, MI - A multi-vehicle crash slowed traffic this morning on US-41. State police say at about 8:45am today, 18-vehicles were involved in a chain reaction crash on uUS-41 near the Carp River crossing in Negaunee Township. Snow covered icy road conditions contributed to the crash. Eastbound traffic was diverted at Maas Street until about 10:30am. Three minor injuries were reported. No citations have been issued at this time as the crash remains under investigation.
