MARQUETTE, MI-- Marquette Police continue to investigate a car/pedestrian accident in the city.
Friday at 7:56 a.m. a vehicle driven by a 20-year-old Marquette woman was southbound on Norway Avenue when she stopped at West Fair Avenue. As she tried to turn left onto Fair she hit a 30-year-old Marquette woman who was crossing the street.
The pedestrian was taken to UP Health System Marquette for treatment.
