SANDS TOWNSHIP, MI— No serious injuries were reported, following a two-vehicle crash in Sands Township Tuesday.
The Marquette County Sheriff’s Office says it happened around 4:50 p.m. on M-553 near County Road-480.
Jane Iery, 66, of Negaunee was northbound when she crossed into the path of a southbound pickup driven by Christopher Sevegney, 48, of Marquette.
Iery was treated by Sands Township EMS for non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
