A motorcycle driven by a 38-year-old Marquette man was eastbound on the highway when a Dodge Journey driven by a 36-year-old Ishpeming man tried to turn into the Dollar General parking lot and pulled in front of him.

The driver of the motorcycle and a 5-year-old passenger from the car were taken to UPHS-Marquette for treatment of their injuries. The driver of the car was treated for minor injuries at the scene.

The driver of the Dodge Journey was found to be at fault in the accident for failing to yield the right-of-way.
