SANDS TOWNSHIP, MI— The Marquette County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of a man killed in a Sands Township side-by-side crash.
It happened Wednesday around 6:10 p.m. on a trail off of Youngs Road.
Paul Bagby, 57, was the only occupant of the ORV, which struck a tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Deputies say alcohol, speed, and failure to wear a seat belt are factors in the crash, which remains under investigation.
