MARQUETTE, MI— The Lake Superior Art Association is looking for chair painters.
The association is seeking 24 local artists to design and paint an Adirondack chair as part of Chair with a View. The chairs will be installed along Marquette’s waterfront during Art Week, June 20-25.
All designs must reflect this year’s theme of water. Artists must live in Marquette County and are required to submit an original design and brief description by March 18. Designs will be selected by a blind jury on creativity and originality.
