Artists needed for downtown Art Stroll in Marquette

MARQUETTE, MI— The City of Marquette is looking for artists to participate in Art Stroll 2023 next month.

Part of Art Week, June 19-24, the event will connect artists with businesses in the downtown area. They’re invited to host receptions, demonstrations, workshops, or pop-up displays of their work, creating an immersive and interactive experience for attendees.

The Arts and Culture Office and Downtown Development Authority say the aim is to transform the district into a vibrant art gallery.

Artists must submit their applications by 5 p.m. on Monday, June 5.
