Farmers Market returns to Marquette Commons

MARQUETTE, MI— The 23rd season of the Downtown Marquette Farmers Market kicks off this Saturday.

It runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Marquette Commons. The DMFM offers three different market seasons: the Saturday Morning Market runs May 21 through November 19. New this year, the Holiday Market will run on Saturdays, December 3 through the 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. And finally, the Wednesday Evening Market is back for its third season. It runs June 15 through September 21 from 4 to 7 p.m.

Shoppers will be greeted with a new market layout this year, featuring 60 local vendors each Saturday. And the Community Table, which was piloted last season, will also be back.
