CLEVELAND, OH— Cleveland Cliffs, Incorporated Friday reported second-quarter results for the period ended June 30, 2022.
Second-quarter consolidated revenues were $6.3 billion, compared to prior-year second-quarter revenues of $5 billion. CCI recorded net income of $601 million, or a $1.13 per diluted share attributable to Cliffs shareholders. In the prior-year second quarter, the company recorded net income of $795 million, or $1.33 per diluted share.
For the six months ended June 30, 2022, Cleveland Cliffs recorded revenues of $12.3 billion dollars and net income of $1.4 billion. In the first six months of 2021, the Company recorded revenues of $9.1 billion dollars and net income of $852 million.
