HANCOCK, MI— Two former Finlandia University properties will be auctioned off in December.
State Receiver O’Keefe and Associates, LLC has retained Keen Summit,
LLC to act as a real estate advisor in the sale.
The Jutila Center and Old Main are on the auction block after they were abandoned by O’Keefe, which said no one was willing to pay enough for them.
The auction is scheduled for December 7th. O’Keefe will solicit bids for each property until November 30th.
