MARQUETTE, MI— The Marquette County Transit Authority is asking for feedback from riders and non-riders alike in an effort to improve its service.
The survey seeks information about residents’ familiarity with Marq-Tran, what compels or prevents them from using the bus, and their information and communication preferences from Marq-Tran. The survey is anonymous and takes about two minutes to complete.
Officials hope the responses help Marq-Tran better serve riders and Marquette County more broadly.
