LSCP begins search for new CEO

MARQUETTE, MI— The Lake Superior Community Partnership will need to find a new CEO this year.

Current CEO Christopher Germain has announced he’ll be leaving the position to meet evolving family needs. He’s making the move in close collaboration with the LSCP Board of Directors to ensure continuity, stability, and continued progress for the organization.

Germain will remain in his role throughout the search and transition process, continuing to lead the organization. The Board has initiated a formal search for the next CEO, with a focus on identifying a leader who can build on LSCP’s foundation and momentum.

Programs, services, partnerships, and advocacy efforts will continue as planned, with no disruption to day-to-day operations.

More information about the CEO search process is available at www.marquette.org/ceosearch.
