MARQUETTE, MI-- A Marquette County man arrested for stealing ladies’ underwear and bathing suits has pleaded guilty to the crime.
William Joseph Miller, 49, of Witch Lake was a registered sex offender when he took the items from clothes lines and campsites on ten different occasions last year.
Miller has pleaded guilty to one count of larceny over $200 but less than $1,000—second or subsequent offense. He’s also charged with being an habitual offender—third offense.
Miller faces up to ten years in prison.
Sentencing is set for September 6 in Marquette County Circuit Court.
