CRYSTAL FALLS, MI-- Two former Iron River men have been bound over to circuit court on drug and gun charges.
Brandon Meacham, 30, and Clint Benson, 34, were arrested September 11 in Iron River by DNR Conservation Officers. Meacham is charged with receiving and concealing a firearm, possession of a firearm by a felon, and carrying a concealed weapon. Benson is charged with possession of marijuana.
Both men waived their preliminary hearings.
A pretrial conference for Meacham is set for October 15. Benson’s pretrial conference is scheduled for October 21 in Iron County Trial Court.
