Miller headed to court for criminal sexual conduct

MARQUETTE, MI--   A preliminary hearing is scheduled for a Gwinn man accused of criminal sexual  

conduct. 

Steven Miller, 49, was arrested by Forsyth Township Police Saturday.  He’s charged with one count of third-degree CSC and one count of fourth-degree CSC.

A preliminary exam is set for December 20.  Miller remains lodged in the Marquette County Jail on a $200,000 cash bond. 

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
