HOUGHTON, MI-- A former volunteer with the Houghton High School hockey team has pleaded guilty to having sexual contact with a student.
Bradley Aldrich, 30, was originally charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a student between 16 and 18 years old. That charge is punishable by up to 15 years in prison.
He was also charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct in the March incident.
Aldrich pleaded guilty Monday to fourth-degree CSC, punishable by up to two years in prison and a $500 fine.
Aldrich had been out on a $10,000 personal recognizance bond, which has since been revoked. He remains lodged at the Houghton County Jail pending sentencing in about four weeks.
