Accused flasher sentenced

MARQUETTE, MI--   A Texas man who was accused of exposing himself to two women on a Marquette bike path has been sentenced.  

Chase Rowe, 28, was arrested last July and charged with indecent exposure by a sexually delinquent person.

He was sentenced Thursday in Marquette County District Court to a year of probation and 55 days of deferred jail time.  He must serve seven days of jail initially and pay $1,100 in court fees. 

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
