Meth suspects headed to circuit court

MARQUETTE, MI--   Two Ishpeming residents have been bound over to circuit court on meth charges.

Jessondra Pennala, 37, and John Heribacka, 40, were arrested last month after police discovered evidence of meth production at two different houses.  Both were initially charged with two counts of operating a meth lab in the presence of a minor, but the charges were amended Monday to two counts each of operating/maintaining a meth lab because of a lack of evidence the children were present.

Arraignment is set for November 21 in Marquette County Circuit Court.
