Marquette men charged in armed robbery waive prelims

MARQUETTE, MI-- Three robbery suspects have been bound over to Marquette Circuit Court.

Aiseah Achesah, 22, Stephan Akins, 21, and Nasir Jones, 18, are charged with armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, and firearms charges. All waived their preliminary hearings Monday.

The three are accused of trying to rob a Fair Avenue house that contained medical marijuana on May 13. One of them allegedly had a gun.
