NEWBERRY, MI-- A Newberry man has been sentenced on various drug charges.
Kenneth Collins, 41, was arrested in January and charged with manufacturing and delivering narcotics, maintaining a drug house, and selling drugs near a school. He pleaded guilty in April to the first two counts, while the school-related charges were dropped.
Collins was sentenced this week to between three and 20 years with credit for 133 days already served for manufacturing and delivering narcotics and between three and ten years for maintaining a drug house.
