MARQUETTE, MI-- A sentencing date has been set for a Marquette man who pleaded to home invasion in connection with a May incident.
Derek Lentz, 33, is accused of breaking into a home on Freedom Drive in Marquette. He admitted he was looking for drugs.
Lentz pleaded guilty to second-degree home invasion. A charge of possession of a narcotic less than 25 grams was dropped.
Sentencing is set for July 17.
