MARQUETTE, MI-- A Forsyth Township man has been sentenced for shooting his car during a domestic dispute.
Kevin Houle, 42, pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm in the March incident in Gwinn. Houle said he shot holes in the windshield of his vehicle with a rifle during an argument with his wife. He then led police on a high-speed chase and eventually fled on foot. Police later found Houle hiding in a neighbor’s house.
Houle was sentenced Monday to 84 months in prison and three years of supervised release.
