MARQUETTE, MI-- A sentencing date has been set for a Little Lake man who pleaded guilty to sexual abuse.
Trial had begun Tuesday for Joel Anderson, 60, who was charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of second-degree CSC. Proceedings were halted Wednesday morning when Anderson pleaded guilty to one count of assault with intent to commit sexual penetration.
He faces up to ten years in prison.
Sentencing is set for April 8 in Marquette County Circuit Court.
