Accused embezzler headed to Marquette Circuit Court

MARQUETTE, MI--   An Ishpeming woman accused of embezzlement has been bound over to circuit court. 

Alison Dehlin, 32, is charged with forgery, uttering and publishing, and embezzlement – agent or trustee $1,000 or more but less than $20,000. The crimes allegedly happened at a housing complex in Marquette.  Police were notified last November and Dehlin was arrested in February.

An arraignment date has not yet been set.  

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
