HOUGHTON, MI-- A former Houghton High School track and football coach is headed to trial for possessing child pornography.
Don Sawaski, 71, is charged with two counts of possession of child sexually abusive material and one count of using a computer to commit a crime.
ABC 10 says Houghton County Prosecutor Michael Makinen says he’s provided the defense with a CD-ROM of explicit photos and videos connected to the case. The defense wants an expert to review it.
Another pretrial hearing is set for August. Trial will take place sometime in September.
