MARQUETTE, MI-- A Marquette man has pleaded guilty to a malicious destruction of property charge.
Kellen Bishop, 23, was arrested in June for spray-painting graffiti on Marquette businesses, buildings, and properties. He was originally charged with malicious destruction of property between $1,000 and $20,000, but on Tuesday pleaded guilty to MDOP between $200 and $1,000.
Bishop faces up to a year in prison and a $2,000 fine, or three times the amount of damage, whichever is greater.
