MARQUETTE, MI-- A Marquette man accused of assaulting another man at Coco’s restaurant in Marquette last January has entered a plea in the case.
David Hunter, 21, was charged with aggravated assault in the incident where the victim was allegedly pushed to the ground and kicked in the head by several suspects.
Hunter has pleaded no contest to the charge, which is a misdemeanor punishable by up to a year in jail and a $1,000 fine.
Sentencing is set for November 3 in Marquette County District Court.
