CRYSTAL FALLS, MI-- A former massage therapist from Iron River accused of practicing without a license faces additional charges in the case.
On Monday Joseph Rankin, 25, was bound over to circuit court on another count of unauthorized practice of a health profession and obscenity. After he had surrendered his massage license, Rankin allegedly performed a massage on a family friend and had sexual contact with her.
Rankin is already charged with unauthorized practice and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct from previous court proceedings.
Arraignment is set for October 17 in Iron County Circuit Court.
