Keller pleads to CSC charge

MARQUETTE, MI-- An Ishpeming man accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl has pleaded to the charge.

Richard Keller, 25, was arrested in August and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct. He pleaded no contest Friday to one count, punishable by up to 15 years in prison.

Sentencing is set for December 2 in Marquette County Circuit Court.
