MARQUETTE, MI-- A Forsyth Township man has accepted a plea deal related to a child pornography case.
Cory Pierce, 52, was charged last October with five counts of possession of child sexually abusive material and five counts of using a computer to commit a crime. He was already in jail for second-degree criminal sexual conduct at the time the additional charges were levied.
Wednesday Pierce pleaded guilty to the five possession charges. In exchange, the five counts of using a computer to commit a crime were dropped.
Sentencing is set for February 23 in Marquette County Circuit Court.
