Suspect who allegedly fled accident headed to trial

MARQUETTE, MI-- A Marquette man is headed to trial after he rolled his vehicle on West Magnetic Street and fled the scene in December.

Austin Hartman, 19, was charged with operating while intoxicated, no insurance, unregistered vehicle, and failure to report an accident. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

A pretrial conference is set for April 5. His jury trial is scheduled for April 10.
