Crumbleys back in court on Friday

ANN ARBOR, MI (MPRN)— The suspect in the Oxford school shooting and his parents are all due back in court this week.

Fifteen-year-old Ethan Crumbley is scheduled for a probable cause conference on Friday. It’s a legal step in the process as prosecutors pursue murder, terrorism and other charges connected to the deaths of four high school students and the wounding of seven others, including a teacher.

Also on Friday his parents will be in court for a motion hearing. They are facing four counts of involuntary manslaughter. At the hearing, a judge is expected to consider James and Jennifer Crumbley’s request to have their respective $500,000 bonds reduced to $100,000.

Prosecutors claim the Crumbleys are a flight risk.
