Sentencings held for two found guilty of delivery/manufacture of meth

MENOMINEE, MI— Two Menominee County men have been sentenced on drug crimes.

Trevor Olsen, 34, of Menominee was arrested August 3, 2021 by detectives from the Menominee City/County Wide Drug Team. He was found guilty of delivery/manufacture of meth and sentenced this week to 1 year, 6 months to 5 years in prison.

Aric Ostorero, 47, of Carney was arrested on April 7, 2021 during an investigation into the distribution of meth in the area. He was also found guilty of delivery/manufacture of meth and sentenced to 4 years, 3 months to 20 years in prison.

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
