MENOMINEE, MI— A Menominee County man has been sentenced to 30 months to 15 years in prison on a criminal sexual conduct charge.
Dustin Garvin-Thorbahn, 22, of Spalding pleaded in September to third-degree CSC—person 13 to 15. He was accused of choking the
15-year-old victim and sexually assaulting her at the Hermansville Boat Launch in December of 2021.
The sentence was handed down Friday in 41st Circuit Court.
