ESCANABA, MI— An Escanaba man has been sentenced to up to 15 years in prison for criminal sexual conduct and other felonies.
The Escanaba Department of Public Safety received a complaint about Joshua Herington, 39, in February and launched an investigation.
On Monday, Herington received the following sentence:
- 3 counts of aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material—80 months to 10 years
- 3 counts of using a computer to commit a crime—38 months to 10 years
- 2 counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct—57 months to 15 years
All sentences will be served concurrently.
