MENOMINEE, MI— A Menominee man has been sentenced to 7 to 20 years in prison on a charge of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.
Prosecuting Attorney Jeffrey Rogg says last August, a child survivor reported that Ralph Khollman, 82, sexually assaulted her at the family home in Menominee.
Khollman pleaded guilty to the charge in December of last year.
The sentence was handed down Friday in 41st Circuit Court.
“Mr. Khollman is a deeply disturbed, deviant predator,” Rogg says. “His sentence needed to reflect the gravity of the offense.”
