MUNISING, MI— An Alger County man has agreed to a plea deal in a case involving child sexually abusive activity and filming people without their knowledge.

Maxwell Lundquist, 30, of Grand Marais was arrested in December and charged with aggravated child sexually abusive activity, 24 counts of surveilling an unclothed person, and 25 counts of using a computer to commit a crime.

His electronic devices apparently contained a video of child sexually abusive activity, images and videos of neighbors taken through the windows of their homes, and videos of people using public bathrooms.

Lundquist has pleaded guilty to aggravated child sexually abusive material and two counts of capturing images of unclothed persons. Sentencing is set for April 13.
