MENOMINEE, MI— A Carney woman will spend up to 60 years in prison for sexually assaulting her young daughter.
Menominee County Prosecutor Jeffrey Rogg says Rocquel Irving, 39, of Daggett, pleaded guilty in July to first-degree criminal sexual conduct, person under 13. She and her boyfriend were accused of grooming the 12-year-old with alcohol, drugs, and pornography, then sexually assaulting her over several months in late 2025 and early 2026.
Irving was sentenced to 20 to 60 years in prison on September 4 in 41st Circuit Court.
