NEWBERRY, MI— The Cedarville man arrested following a crash in Luce County on Saturday has been arraigned in district court.
Donevan Brueggeman, 27, was the driver of a vehicle that crashed into an embankment at M-28 and M-117 in Pentland Township. His three passengers were seriously injured.
On Monday, Brueggeman was charged with operating under the influence, causing incapacitating injury and moving violation, causing serious impairment of body function. He remains lodged in the Luce County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
A probable cause conference is set for October 9 and a preliminary exam for October 16.
