WAKEFIELD, MI-- Three people have been arrested in a Gogebic County drug bust.
Officers served a search warrant on two homes in Wakefield Monday morning and allegedly found components for a meth lab. Officials are in the process of cleaning up the lab, and investigation into the case continues.
Involved in the bust were the Gogebic/Iron Area Narcotics Team, Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team, Michigan State Police, Gogebic County deputies, police, and SWAT Team members, officers from Ironwood Public Safety, and police from Hurley and Iron County, Wisconsin.
