IRON MOUNTAIN, MI-- Preliminary hearings are set for two Kingsford men arrested on marijuana charges.
David Weaver, Jr., 21, and Timothy Hubbard, 38, were arrested Monday after police discovered several marijuana plants, cash, hydroponic growing equipment, processed pot, and other indications of drug sales in their Breitung Avenue residence.
Weaver and Hubbard are both charged with manufacture of marijuana and maintaining a drug house.
Their preliminary exams are set for September 25 in Dickinson County District Court.
