BALDWIN TOWNSHIP, MI-- A Delta County man is in custody, following an incident of felonious assault involving a firearm.
State Police from the Gladstone Post say the assault happened Tuesday night in Baldwin Township. Troopers arrested the suspect near his home Wednesday around noon. He was armed at the time.
Two search warrants executed on the property revealed additional firearms and narcotics.
The 51-year-old man remains lodged in the Delta County Jail on a $25,000 cash bond. The incident remains under investigation.
