PALMER - The Marquette County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a breaking and entering in Palmer.
Deputies say the incident happened Sunday night at about 10:40 at Fran’s Service Station.
The owner had returned to the station to find two male subjects attempting to exit a rear basement window with stolen merchandise.
The suspects briefly subdued the owner at gunpoint, then fled into a wooded area behind the store. The victim was not injured.
Deputies say the suspects are described as two young adult males wearing dark hoodies. The sheriff’s department is asking anyone who may have information regarding this incident to call the department at 228-6980
