UPDATE: Both suspects in Palmer B&E arrested

UPDATE -

The Marquette County Sheriff's Department says the second suspect, 20-year old Matthew Fuller has now been arrested in Marinette, Wisconsin, but county sheriff's deputies.

The joint investigation is ongoing.

news release from the Marquette County Sheriff's Department:

Marquette County Sheriff’s Office deputies received an anonymous tip which led to the arrest of one of the suspects involved in the armed robbery at Fran’s Service Station.  Dakota J. Fuller, 20 of Gwinn was arrested without incident at a Sawyer residence.  Matthew Fuller 20, of Marinette County, WI. is still at large and believed to be in Wisconsin.

MARQUETTE, MI--   The Marquette County Sheriff’s Office has released the identities of two suspects in connection with the breaking-and-entering of Fran’s Service Station in Palmer last month.  

Matthew Fuller

Dakota Joseph Fuller and Matthew Fuller, both 20 years old, also have arrest warrants out in Dickinson and Marinette counties on stolen vehicle charges.  Both should be considered armed and dangerous. 

Dakota Fuller is described as a 5-foot-11, 155-pound white male with brown hair and eyes.  He has a wing tattoo on his back and a cross tattoo on his right wrist. 

Matthew Fuller is described as a 5-foot-7, 140-pound white male with brown hair and hazel eyes. 

Anyone who has information or has seen either man should call 911 or the Marquette County Sheriff’s Office at 225-8435. 

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
