ESCANABA,  MI--   Two Escanaba men have been arrested in connection with an assault in the city.

The first suspect—a 31-year-old man—was arrested after a brief foot chase when he tried to flee from a traffic stop.  The second suspect—a 23-year-old man—was arrested without incident at a Delta County residence Tuesday morning.  Their names are not being released, pending arraignment.
