ISHPEMING, MI-- Ishpeming Police have arrested an ex-convict believed to be armed and dangerous.
Police found Todd Mills, 31, in a vehicle in the city of Ishpeming around 7 p.m. Sunday night. He remains lodged in the Marquette County Jail.
Mills was wanted for maintaining a meth lab and conspiracy to maintain a meth lab. Officials say he had spent ten years in prison for a violent crime and was recently released. They also say Mills had threatened to commit suicide by cop and to go after people who had hurt him.
