Iron River man pleads in CSC case

IRON RIVER - An Iron River man has pleaded not guilty to criminal sexual conduct charges involving three minor females.

According to the Daily Press, Dennis Alan Johnson, 54, has pleaded not guilty to three felony counts of criminal sexual conduct-first degree and two felony counts of criminal sexual conduct-second degree.

Johnson allegedly had sexual contact with three girls - aged six to ten - in his home between 2002 and 2010.

The first degree charges carry a sentence of up to 25 year in prison… the second degree charges carry a sentence of up to 15 years. A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for June 10 in Iron County Trial Court.
