The 20-year-old suspect is accused of causing $4,000 of damage to a state of Michigan office building and a state vehicle.

The State Police Hometown Security Team released the surveillance video Wednesday after an incident at 2:10 that morning.  Officers arrested the suspect on Friday.

His name is expected to be released after his arraignment.

Nicole was born near Detroit but has lived in the U.P. most of her life. She graduated from Marquette Senior High School and attended Michigan State and Northern Michigan Universities, graduating from NMU in 1993 with a degree in English.
