MARQUETTE, MI-- Two Marquette men have been arrested in connection with the case of a man found dead on a porch.
City Police say Jordan Joseph Beaudry, 19, and Christopher John Garrow, 17, were arrested Friday on felony and misdemeanor charges of failing to report the discovery of a dead body and concealing the death of an individual.
The body of Kyle Dowling, 22, was found on the porch of his Lynn Street house October 1. Police say a several-week investigation revealed both men were in the company of Dowling at the time he died. Beaudry and Garrow allegedly failed to summon medical assistance for Dowling, who was in obvious distress, and failed to report his death to authorities.
Police are still waiting for Dowling’s toxicology reports and the investigation continues.
